IGCSE Form 5 Drought research

Your task is to produce a report, no longer than  page which examines drought in a LEDC. The questions you must answer to provide content in your report are as follows:

1.What is drought and are there different types?

2.Find a LEDC that has experienced drought or is currently experiencing drought.  In the country of your choice describe and explain the following:- 

a)When did the drought start and how long has it lasted so far/did it last?

b)What were the causes of the drought? Was it just a lack of rainfall or were other factors involved?

b)What human and physical effects did/has it have/had?

c)How was/how is the problem going to be solved?

Make sure that you include a map and photographs.
