Swine Flu - IB Case Study
Hi everyone
Hi everyone
I hpe that are all fit and healthy. Here are the instructions for the group project:
Leisure and Tourism – group task
You have to produce a presentation within a group of 4/5 that lasts at least 10 minutes. You must also produce a report that is at least 3 pages long. It is up to you to communicate via email and sort out your groups. The presentation and report must include the following:
Choose an area in one of the following countries: Mexico, Kenya, Spain, Peru, Costa Rica (or another place in the world!) and complete the following tasks:
1.Describe its location and its attractions (physical (mother nature) and human)
2.Describe AND explain the growth of tourism
3.What negative and positive impacts have there been?
4.What solutions have been put in place to try and solve/reduce the negative impacts?
5.What is the future for tourism in your chosen area?
Good luck with this! You will need to communicate with the other members of your group. Please contact me if you need their email addresses. I know it is more difficult than meeting face to face but you can produce a lot of work over the 7 days.
Let me know if you have ANY questions
